I get that mistakes happen with orders, and I’m usually patient if someone at least tries to help. But in this case, customer service just wasn’t very useful. Replies took ages, and when they finally came through, they sounded like generic copy-and-paste answers that didn’t really address my issue. I had to keep following up, and I still never got a clear explanation or proper fix. The whole thing was frustrating, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t be in a hurry to order again.

I bought these sheets hoping they’d be a lot comfier, especially for the price. They looked nice when I first opened them, but after washing, they felt kind of rough. I was in a rush when I ordered, so I probably didn’t look into them as much as I should’ve. They’re not awful, just not soft enough for me, and I don’t think I’d buy them again.

I’ve ordered sheets like this before and they used to be a lot better, so I was disappointed this time. The ones I received didn’t really look like what I thought I ordered, and the fit was completely off on my mattress. They just wouldn’t stay on right.

I ordered from linensandhutch.com because I thought the sheets were going to feel a lot more luxurious for the price!!! They looked really nice online, but once I opened the package, they just felt average to me.

After washing them once, they already lost that soft feel, which was super disappointing!!! The stitching also looked kind of cheap, and I kept thinking I’ve bought better sheets from discount stores for way less money!!!

Maybe my expectations were too high, but for what I paid, I really expected better!!! I wouldn’t buy these again, and I definitely don’t think they’re worth the price!!!

I’ve been waiting way longer than expected for my order, and the tracking never worked, so I just felt stuck with no idea what was going on. Frustrating experience.
